What exactly is Vodkow?
Vodkow is a unique, carbon-neutral spirit distilled from milk permeate. This process utilizes the unused portions of Canadian dairy to create a vodka that is exceptionally smooth and gluten-free.
Do your products contain lactose?
No. While Vodkow is made from milk permeate, the fermentation and distillation process removes all lactose and milk proteins, making it safe for those with dairy allergies or lactose intolerance.
Where do you ship your spirits?
We currently offer shipping across Canada. Please note that shipping regulations for alcohol vary by province, and an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Can I visit the distillery in person?
Yes! Our distillery and cafe are located in Almonte, Ontario. We offer tastings, tours, and a full menu of Vodkow-infused beverages and treats.
What is your return policy?
Due to provincial regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
Is Vodkow environmentally friendly?
Sustainability is at our core. By using milk permeate—a byproduct of dairy production—we reduce food waste and have been recognized as a certified B Corp for our social and environmental performance.
